Instructions

    1. Start by standing with your feet hip-width apart, holding a barbell in front of your thighs.
    2. Engage your core and hinge forward, bending your knees slightly.
    3. Explosively extend your hips, shrug your shoulders, and pull the barbell up to your shoulders.
    4. Stand up tall and quickly press the barbell overhead into a full lockout position.
    5. Maintain a strong and stable posture throughout the exercise.
