Instructions

    1. Sit up straight with your feet flat on the ground.
    2. Interlace your fingers in front of your chest with palms facing inward.
    3. Draw your elbows together, squeezing your chest muscles.
    4. Maintain good posture with your shoulders back and down.
    5. Hold the squeeze for a few seconds before releasing.
