Instructions

    1. Lie on your back with legs extended and arms by your sides.
    2. Engage your core and lift your legs off the ground by contracting your lower abs.
    3. Keep your lower back flat on the mat and avoid arching it.
    4. Slowly lower your legs back down without touching the floor.
    5. Repeat the movement while maintaining proper posture throughout.
