Instructions

    1. Start in a push-up position with hands shoulder-width apart.
    2. Lower your body down into a push-up while maintaining a straight line from head to toe.
    3. Push back up and rotate into a side plank, balancing on one hand and stacking your feet.
    4. Ensure your body forms a straight line from head to heels in the side plank position.
    5. Return to the starting push-up position and repeat on the other side.
