Instructions

    1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
    2. Hold a PVC pipe against your back, keeping it in contact with your head, upper back, and tailbone.
    3. Engage your core and push your hips back.
    4. Bend forward at the hips while maintaining a straight spine.
    5. Return to the starting position by driving your hips forward.
