Instructions

    1. Start with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart.
    2. Toes pointed slightly outwards.
    3. Bend your knees and lower your hips halfway down.
    4. Keep your chest up and back straight.
    5. Squeeze your glutes and push through your heels to return to the starting position.
