    1. Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart.
    2. Squat down, keeping your chest up and back straight.
    3. Reach down to touch the ground in front of you.
    4. Reach up and extend your arms overhead as high as you can.
    5. Keep your knees pointing in the same direction as your toes.
