Instructions

    1. Start by lying on your back and anchor the resistance band around one foot.
    2. Hold the other end of the band with both hands and keep your arms straight.
    3. Slowly raise your leg up towards the ceiling using the resistance band.
    4. Keep your core engaged and maintain a neutral spine throughout.
    5. Lower your leg back down in a controlled manner.
