Instructions

    1. Grab the pull-up bar with an underhand, shoulder-width grip.
    2. Hang from the bar with your arms fully extended.
    3. Pull your body up by squeezing your shoulder blades together.
    4. Keep your chest out, shoulders back, and core engaged.
    5. Lower your body back down with control.
