    1. Begin in a standing position with feet hip-width apart.
    2. Bend your knees and sink down as if sitting back into a chair.
    3. Bring your hands to prayer position at your chest.
    4. Twist your torso to one side, bringing your opposite elbow to the outside of your thigh.
    5. Keep your spine tall and maintain a steady balance.
