Instructions

    1. Start in a lunge position with your right foot forward.
    2. Bend your right knee and place your right hand on the floor or a block on the inside of your right foot.
    3. Extend your left arm up towards the ceiling, twisting your torso.
    4. Keep your chest open and shoulders stacked.
    5. Focus on maintaining a straight spine throughout the pose.
