Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, facing the ring attachment.
    2. Grasp the rings with an overhand grip, palms facing down.
    3. Pull the rings towards your face, keeping your elbows high and out to the sides.
    4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
    5. Maintain upright posture, with a neutral spine throughout.
