Instructions

    1. Start by kneeling on the ground with rings suspended at waist height.
    2. Grasp the rings firmly with your palms facing down.
    3. Extend your arms forward, keeping your core engaged and maintaining a straight line from head to knees.
    4. Slowly roll the rings forward, maintaining proper posture and controlling the movement.
    5. Return to the starting position while keeping your core engaged and maintaining proper posture throughout.
