Instructions

    1. Hang from rings with straight arms and feet off the ground.
    2. Bend your knees to curl your legs up toward your glutes.
    3. Maintain a straight line from your head to your toes.
    4. Keep your core engaged and shoulders pulled down and back.
    5. Lower your legs back down with control to starting position.
