Instructions

    1. Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
    2. Keep your arms straight and extend them out to the sides.
    3. Roll your chest to the right, keeping your head and shoulders on the floor.
    4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you roll.
    5. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
