Instructions

    1. Lie on the floor with your legs bent and feet flat on the ground.
    2. Extend your arms out to the sides, palms facing up.
    3. Roll your torso to one side, keeping your arms and upper back in contact with the floor.
    4. Hold the stretch for a few seconds, feeling the stretch in your chest and shoulders.
    5. Roll back to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
