    1. Start in a tabletop position on all fours.
    2. Bring your right knee forward and place it behind your right wrist.
    3. Extend your left leg straight behind you.
    4. Lower your body down onto your forearms and breathe deeply.
    5. Keep your spine straight and hips squared to the front.
