Instructions

    1. Sit with a tall and upright posture on the rowing machine.
    2. Hold the handle with an overhand grip, keeping your wrists straight.
    3. Push through your legs, keeping your back straight, and engage your core.
    4. Pull the handle towards your abdomen, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
    5. Return to the starting position with control, maintaining proper posture throughout.
