Instructions

    1. Start by standing upright with your feet together.
    2. Jump up and extend your legs out to the sides in a jumping jack motion.
    3. As you land, quickly bring your feet back together.
    4. Immediately start running in place, lifting your knees high and landing softly on the balls of your feet.
    5. Maintain an upright posture with your shoulders back and head facing forward.
