Instructions

    1. Sit on the mat with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
    2. Hold the medicine ball with both hands in front of your chest.
    3. Lean slightly back while keeping your back straight and chest lifted.
    4. Rotate your torso to one side, bringing the medicine ball towards the floor.
    5. Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
