Instructions

    1. Start by hanging from a pull-up bar with a pronated grip.
    2. Engage your shoulder blades by pulling them down and back.
    3. Pull yourself up towards the bar, focusing on squeezing your shoulder blades together.
    4. Keep your chest up and maintain good posture throughout the movement.
    5. Lower yourself back down to the starting position in a controlled manner.
