Instructions

    1. Sit on the ground with one leg extended straight.
    2. Bend the opposite knee and place your foot on the ground.
    3. Rotate your bent leg outwards, placing your foot on the opposite side of your extended leg.
    4. Keep your back straight and extend your chest forward.
    5. Hold the stretch for a few seconds and repeat on the other side.
