Instructions

    1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms by your sides.
    2. Lift one leg out to the side as high as possible without leaning.
    3. Keep your posture tall, chest lifted, and core engaged.
    4. Lower the leg back down to starting position.
    5. Repeat with the other leg.
