Instructions

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and a slight bend in the knees.
    2. Hold dumbbells or resistance bands in each hand at shoulder height.
    3. Step to the side with one leg, maintaining good posture.
    4. Extend arms out to the sides, parallel to the floor.
    5. Return to starting position and repeat on the other side.
