Instructions

    1. Start in a standard push-up position.
    2. Extend one arm out to the side while keeping it parallel to the ground.
    3. Lower your body slowly and evenly, maintaining a straight line from head to toe.
    4. Push back up, using your chest and tricep muscles.
    5. Switch arms and repeat the exercise on the opposite side.
