Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and grasp the cable handle with one hand.
    2. Extend your arm out to the side at shoulder height.
    3. Keep your chest up and shoulders down and back.
    4. Pull the cable handle toward your body, engaging your lat muscle,
    5. Lower the handle back to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
