Instructions

    1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Bend your right knee slightly and hinge forward at the hips.
    3. Extend your left leg straight behind you.
    4. Maintain a neutral spine and keep your core engaged.
    5. Return to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
