Instructions

    1. Stand with feet hip-width apart holding a dumbbell in each hand.
    2. Shift your weight to one leg and extend the other leg behind you while hinging at the hips.
    3. Keep your back straight and core engaged.
    4. Lift your extended leg up while simultaneously bending your knee towards your chest.
    5. Return to starting position and repeat on the other leg.
