    1. Stand on one leg with a support (chair, wall) nearby.
    2. Extend the non-standing leg in front of you.
    3. Slowly lower your body down into a squat position.
    4. Keep the standing knee in line with the toes.
    5. Maintain an upright posture throughout the movement.
