Instructions

    1. Sit on a padded stool with feet flat on the floor.
    2. Hold dumbbells in each hand, arms by your sides.
    3. Step one foot out to the side while raising both arms to shoulder height.
    4. Maintain an upright posture with shoulders relaxed.
    5. Return to starting position and repeat on the other side.
