Instructions

    1. Position your knees on the padding of the Smith machine bar.
    2. Your hands should grip the sides of the padding for stability.
    3. Extend one leg back, keeping it bent at a 90-degree angle.
    4. Kick the leg backward, flexing your glutes. Keep your core engaged for stability.
    5. Repeat with the other leg.
