Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing slightly outward.
    2. Place the barbell on your trapezius muscles, resting on the back of your shoulders.
    3. Brace your core and keep your chest upright.
    4. Bend your knees and lower your body into a squatting position.
    5. Keep your heels on the ground and your knees aligned with your toes.
