Instructions

    1. Start with bar resting on the front of your thighs.
    2. Stand with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward.
    3. Bend your knees and push through the heels to explode upward.
    4. Pull the bar up to shoulder height, keeping elbows high.
    5. Maintain a tall, upright posture throughout the exercise.
