Instructions

    1. Position the barbell on the lower part of your back.
    2. Step underneath the barbell and position it securely on the squat rack.
    3. Grip the barbell wider than shoulder-width apart.
    4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and keep your chest up.
    5. Lower yourself into a squat position by bending at the hips and knees.
