Instructions

    1. Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart on the Smith machine.
    2. Place your shoulders under the bar and firmly grip it.
    3. Raise your heels off the floor while keeping your knees straight.
    4. Contract your calves at the top for a brief pause.
    5. Lower your heels back down to the starting position.
