Instructions

    1. Stand facing the Smith machine bar with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Grip the bar with an overhand grip slightly wider than shoulder-width.
    3. Bring the bar up in a straight line, leading with your elbows.
    4. Keep your back straight and maintain good posture throughout.
    5. Lower the bar back down to the starting position in a controlled manner.
