Squat With Leg Lift exercise

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Lower into a squat by bending at the knees and hips.
    3. As you rise from the squat, lift one leg straight out in front of you.
    4. Keep your back straight and chest lifted throughout the movement.
    5. Return to starting position and repeat with the other leg.
