Instructions

    1. Kneel in front of a stability ball, with your hands on top of the ball.
    2. Slowly roll the ball forward, rounding your upper back and pushing your hands away.
    3. Keep your core engaged and maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
    4. Pause momentarily when your arms are extended and your body is in a straight line.
    5. Reverse the movement by pulling the ball back towards your knees.
