Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Extend one arm straight out in front of you and the other arm straight out to the side.
    3. Circle your arms in opposite directions, making small controlled circles.
    4. Keep your shoulders down and back, and engage your core.
    5. Repeat the circling motion in the opposite direction.
