Instructions

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball against your chest.
    2. Take a slight squat position, lowering your hips and loading your legs.
    3. Explosively push through your legs, extending your hips and throwing the ball forward.
    4. Keep your chest tall and back straight throughout the movement.
    5. Finish the throw with a powerful arm extension.
