Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Interlace your fingers and place your palms on the back of your head.
    3. Exhale and press your elbows back as you look up toward the ceiling.
    4. Maintain a tall spine and avoid arching your lower back.
    5. Hold the stretch for a few seconds before returning to the starting position.
