Instructions

    1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms at sides.
    2. Step out to the right into a squat position, bending knees and lowering hips.
    3. Jump feet back together, landing softly.
    4. Step out to the left into a squat position, bending knees and lowering hips.
    5. Repeat the squat jack movement, maintaining an upright posture.
