    1. Stand in front of a sturdy step or elevated platform.
    2. Place one foot on the step and shift your weight onto that foot.
    3. Engage your core and keep your back straight.
    4. Drive through your heel to lift your body up onto the step.
    5. Step back down with control and repeat with the other leg.
