    1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Hold a stick or broomstick behind your back, gripping it with both hands.
    3. Extend your arms straight, keeping them shoulder-width apart.
    4. Lean forward from your hips, keeping your back straight.
    5. Hold the stretch for the desired time.
