Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet wider than hip-width apart, toes pointed out.
    2. Hold a stick or broomstick overhead, gripping it with a wide grip.
    3. Lower into a squat position, keeping your knees aligned with your toes.
    4. Keep your back straight and chest lifted throughout the movement.
    5. Hold the stretch position for a few seconds before returning to standing.
