Instructions

    1. Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart.
    2. Point toes outwards.
    3. Bend knees and lower hips into a squat position.
    4. Place hands on hips or clasp them in front of the chest.
    5. Rotate torso from side to side, keeping the spine upright.
