Instructions

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, arms extended down by your sides.
    3. Keep your back straight and shoulders pulled back.
    4. Curl the dumbbells up towards your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your body.
    5. Lower the dumbbells back down to starting position and repeat.
