Instructions

    1. Stand underneath a pull-up bar and hold onto it with an overhand grip.
    2. Engage your core and keep your shoulders down.
    3. Pull your body up towards the bar, focusing on using your back muscles.
    4. Maintain a straight body position throughout the movement.
    5. Lower your body back down to the starting position with control.
