Instructions

    1. Stand tall with chest up and shoulders back.
    2. Place one foot on a suspension trainer handle.
    3. Extend the other leg forward and keep it lifted off the ground.
    4. Squat down on the supporting leg, hinging at the hips and bending the knee.
    5. Maintain a neutral spine alignment throughout the movement.
