Instructions

    1. Stand facing the suspension trainer, holding the handles with both hands at chest height.
    2. Lift one foot off the ground, extending it out in front of you.
    3. Begin to squat down on the supporting leg, keeping your torso upright.
    4. Lower until your thigh is parallel to the ground.
    5. Push through the heel to return to the starting position and repeat on the other leg.
